What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with Sentry's business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and empower high-performing sales teams across regions, setting ambitious goals and celebrating big wins.
• Identify new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and lead international sales negotiations.
• Establish KPIs, analyze market trends, and deliver accurate forecasts to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to deliver solutions that exceed market needs.
• Be our ambassador at industry events and conferences, sharing our story and building our brand.
