BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Base Salary Range : $75,000-$80,000 + individual performance bonus paid monthly

• 25 Total Days of PTO : 15 PTO Days + 3 Floating Holidays + 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Volunteer Day

Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a Clinical Supervisor BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership :

• Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1 : 1 ABA therapy
• Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
• Support clients and families to ensure client success
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
• Teach adaptive life skills
• Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1 : 1 with clients
