LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Neonatal NP in Indiana!

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This 18-day opportunity starts on Feb 22, 2026, and features 14-hour night shifts from 6 pm to 8 am, with scheduled blocks over several months. Join our client in providing specialized neonatal care during this critical coverage period.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver high-quality care to neonatal patients in accordance with best practices

Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff

Manage acute and chronic conditions in the neonatal population

Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient record management

Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and regulatory standards

Additional Information

Minimum 2 years experience required

Active Indiana NP license needed

Board certification in Neonatology required

Proficiency with Cerner EMR preferred
