CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer

Salary : $66,560 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential process issues and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Develop, update, and manage detailed process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure production consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor ongoing processes to confirm adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with customers and suppliers daily to assess needs, provide technical support, and ensure optimal process integration.
- Review and maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, including necessary documentation in Job Travelers and production controls.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
Proven experience in CNC process engineering, manufacturing, or related field.Comprehensive understanding of machining principles, tooling, and advanced process optimization techniques.Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards, among other relevant industry-specific standards.Proficient in interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective solutions in a manufacturing environment.Excellent communication abilities and experience working collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Experience in a regulatory demanding environment such as aerospace or medical device manufacturing.Technical expertise in CNC programming and process automation.Demonstrated leadership in project management and process redesign.Skills :
