Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle compensation and total rewards initiatives

Administer annual compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness

Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field

Advanced data and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheet software

Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks and total rewards strategy in both the US and Canada

Experience with HRIS and compensation tools, and understanding of equity compensation
