What We Are Looking For :

We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Manager to join our team at The Madison in Sacramento, CA . In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. You will oversee the day-to-day operations related to leasing activities and ensure the community maintains high levels of resident engagement.

This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range : $24.00 - $25.00 per hour with a two - bedroom housing included.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service

• Establish rapport with guests, assess housing needs, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Offer hospitality via phone, email, and in-person, explaining community features and policies.
• Follow up with guests after visits and help with lease renewals.
