Job description

TKO StaffPros provides direct hire placements, long-term assignments, and seasonal production placements. Our Arlington Branch services the greater Dallas / Ft. Worth area. Our primary industry serviced is light industrial but also includes healthcare, janitorial, food service, and entertainment.

Position Summary :

  • Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business
  • Seeks out hiring decision makers and develops working relationships with them
  • Designs and delivers presentations highlighting our services
  • Negotiates contract terms with clients
  • Successfully closes sales
  • Works toward exceeding predetermined goals
  • Maintains contracts with existing clients to obtain more organic business
  • Follow up with recruiters to insure open orders are filled

General Purpose : Marketing and Sales of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services

Position Responsibilities :

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations
  • Utilize CRM system to log activity along with documenting client and prospect information
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on unemployment, pay rates, and potential clients
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • May be be required to work alongside recruiters to ensure service levels are met
  • Qualifications

    Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Time management : the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Customer service system experience
  • Consider yourself resourceful
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Role Qualifications :

  • College degree or 5 years of sales experience
  • Must be able to travel throughout Dallas and surrounding areas
