Job Description

The Service Technician is a field position focusing primarily on the installation, setup, and repair / troubleshooting of primarily electrical and mechanical automation devices and systems. Additionally, the service technician will work with the operations team to advise and train on proper use of said systems.

Job Description

The Service Technician is a field position focusing primarily on the installation, setup, and repair / troubleshooting of primarily electrical and mechanical automation devices and systems. Additionally, the service technician will work with the operations team to advise and train on proper use of said systems.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

• Installation / Repair

Wiring termination of various devices in automation controllers.

Maintains working understanding of manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance of sensitive equipment.

Provides on-site training to supervisors and field personnel for new processes and technologies.

Compiles data and generates reports.

Driving trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel and perform job tasks.
