Are you a people-person with a passion for residential mortgages? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love being the right hand to a top-performing loan officer? Were looking for a Loan Officer Assistantto join our team in Bergen and Monmouth County, NJ no remote work.

What Youll Do

Support loan officers with day-to-day operations and client communications
Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage files and pipeline using Encompasssoftware
Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for borrowers, agents, and partners

What Were Looking For

Outgoing personalitywith excellent communication skills

Residential mortgage experienceis a must

Proficiency in Encompassis required

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Local to Bergen or Monmouth County and available for on-site work only
