Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Service Manager request intake process for SCDHHS.
• Maintenance and patching of the Service Manager environment and make recommendations for future improvement opportunities.
• Act as the lead on a project to migrate the existing Service Manager environment to an updated and current standard.
