Maintenance Technician

Mission of the Role : The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the hotel's physical facilities. Essential Job Functions :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance.
• Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests.
• Makes structure repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems.
• Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and / or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
