Activities Director (Seasonal, Part-time)

Job Title : Activities Director - Seasonal, Part-time

Location : Kissimmee RV Park

Reports to : Property Manager

Note : This is a seasonal position running through April 2026 with 16 to 24 hours of work per week, mostly Friday through Sundays.

About the Job :

We are looking for talented candidates who are pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You will be responsible for planning and hosting family fun events and activities, including :

• Creating and publishing a schedule weekly on social media and around the campground
• Games and crafts to coordinate with the theme of the weekend
• DJ / Band Dance parties
• Holiday barbeques / Potluck Dinners
• Work on special projects as needed

Job Requirements :

A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility | Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done | Able to work outdoors | At least 1 to 2 years of similar experience or internships | Highschool graduate or GED required | Must be within commuting distance to the facility

Compensation :
