Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to join our growing organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our technology roadmap, leading architectural strategy, and ensuring alignment between business and IT goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework aligning business objectives with technology strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end architectural solutions across business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and platforms.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to cross‑functional technical teams.
• Define, implement, and enforce architectural principles, standards, and governance.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt.
• Create strategic roadmaps to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead architectural reviews, technology assessments, and innovation planning.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary : $165,000 – $185,000
