Podcast Producer

Overview

The Daily Wire is seeking a talented and driven Podcast Producer to join our team in Washington, DC. In this role, you’ll serve as the Associate Producer on an assigned show, working closely with on-air talent to build strong, collaborative relationships and help grow the brand in a fast-paced, dynamic media landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video clips for social media postings
• Ideate content for the Isabel Brown show and related media
• Execute and manage show clip postings across all platforms
• Function as Show Producer of daily and weekly shows, social media videos, and media appearances from pre-production through post-production
• Maintain current programming and releases specific to Isabel Brown Show
• Provide suggestions for show guests based on current events
• Help maintain and develop strategies to improve performance
• Represent and advocate for the talent and for DW
• Consistently increase audience reach & engagement, work with other internal departments, such as Talent Management, Marketing, Ad Sales, Legal, Production, and Postproduction to fulfill deliverables and other obligations
• Manage scheduling and production sourcing
• Guide story coverage and determine the best way to cover stories, consistent with DW’s style guide and expectations
