Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in steel construction to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage steel construction projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
