Role Overview :

As a Food Runner at Chotto Matte, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the guests, maintaining a high standard of service throughout. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that orders are accurate and presented beautifully while also upholding the restaurant’s standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will help create an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a high level of communication with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Chotto Matte’s rigorous standards of service, food presentation, and cleanliness.
• Ensure all food is handled safely and complies with health, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
• Quickly adapt to changes in orders or special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen pass and service stations.
• Adhere to personal hygiene and uniform standards, always setting a professional example.
• Assist with the setup and execution of service, including support during special events.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve performance and contribute to team success.
• Help resolve any service-related issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
