Property Soar is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent messaging across all company platforms, maintain strong professional relationships, and support strategic initiatives that align with our brand and business goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure efficiency and clarity.
Draft and edit company announcements, press materials, and client communications.
Support leadership with presentations, proposals, and official correspondence.
Maintain communication calendars, ensuring timely delivery of updates and materials.
Organize and assist with company events, meetings, and client interactions.
Monitor communication performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in communications, administration, or client relations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation skills.
