We are currently seeking an Insurance Customer Care Specialist to join our Blue Springs team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
• Update and advise clients and their information, process policy changes, and issue insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance and ID cards.
• Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and providing assistance with vehicle changes, billing adjustments, and coverage options.
• Collaborate with underwriters, collect necessary documents for policy issuance, and follow up on pending actions.
• Greet walk-in clients, provide assistance with their insurance needs, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Send weekly thank-you cards to prospects and existing clients, nurturing relationships and expressing appreciation.
