Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service through various support channels
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve software and process-related issues
Document support cases and provide workflow guidance to clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years working in an orthodontic practice in relevant roles
At least 1 year experience with integration partners' software systems
Ability to troubleshoot and research complex software issues
Proactive in sharing insights and improving client outcomes
