Job Summary

The Director of CORE Solutions will drive operational efficiency through process improvement and new technology, in support of Levy's Strategic Business Objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve team performance relative to company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with property and Levy Home Office leadership to prioritize continual improvement initiatives that align with both field priorities and our company business objectives.
• Evaluate existing processes for inefficiency, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Research new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize both venue operational and support function (Purchasing, HR, Finance, etc.) processes.
• Develop detailed project plans to implement new processes.
• Gather and analyze data, performance metrics, and KPIs to quantify process inefficiencies and impact of improvements.
• Present recommendations and return on investment to Levy senior leadership.
• Manage and facilitate rapid improvement events, such as Kaizen or Lean, to quickly address and improve specific operational issues within a short timeframe.
• Facilitate change management by developing training, communication plans, and KPI tracking for each initiative.
