Assignment Details
- Start Date : Targeting August 25, 2025
- Duration : 3 months (with potential extension)
- Schedule : Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM or 8AM 4 : 30PM
- Setting : PACE Health Clinic & Day Center
- Patient Volume : 2 8 participants / day
- EMR : PACE Care Online
- Support Staff : CMA and nurses provided
- Call : Every third week, triaged by RN
