Job description

We are seeking acompassionate and dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine,Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-establishedoutpatient practice serving the geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time, permanent positionwith a predictable Monday through Friday schedule-no nights, no weekends, andno inpatient responsibilities.

Position Highlights :

  • Compensation : $230,000 -$310,000 annually, based on experience
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday,8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Setting : Outpatient
  • Value based care model
  • New Grads Welcome
  • Patient Volume : Manageablecensus of 7-10 patients per day
  • Other Languages welcome!

    • Requirements :

  • MD or DO with BoardCertification / Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Active or eligible for NewYork State medical license
  • Medicare and MedicaidProvider ID (active or eligible)
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Commitment to providinghigh-quality, patient-centered care
  • bi-lingual (multiple language) skills preferred.
