Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to over 500 support tickets monthly while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
Provide timely technical support with quick initial response and resolution times
Collaborate with the Engineering team to escalate and resolve bugs and urgent issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience with education technology or similar SaaS customer support
Familiarity with support ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
