As a Server, youll help to provide each custo mer with an AUSS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, that makes each guest's day better.

The Server is also responsible for :
- Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following Outback hospitality standards
- Making memorable first and last impressions
- Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
- Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
