Fashion Stylist Job at Bobbles & Lace Cincinnati in Cincinnati

We're looking for a passionate, style-savvy team member to help create unforgettable shopping experiences at Bobbles & Lace. This role goes beyond retail—it's about building community, curating fashion, and bringing energy to everything we do in and outside the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized styling for each client—from head to toe.
• Cultivate lasting relationships within the Cincinnati community through in-store and off-site events, partnerships with local businesses, and engagement with community groups.
• Plan and book in-store events that elevate the shopping experience and draw new and returning clients.
• Execute opening and closing procedures including register counts, bank deposits, and securing the boutique.
• Actively participate in team meetings to stay aligned with company updates and initiatives.
• Consistently support team to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace.
• Ensure the boutique remains carefully merchandised and well-maintained at all times.
• Create engaging, on-brand content for the store’s social media accounts.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing team trainings to grow skills in styling, merchandising, social media, and more.
