Coordinator For Student Leadership Programs
The Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs is a 12-month, full-time, live-in, professional staff position within The Office of Residence Life and the Student Affairs Division at the University of Utah. Reporting to an Assistant Director of Residence Life, the Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs advises the University of Utah's Residence Hall Association (RHA) and National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) and supports the Community Council program to advance leadership development and student advocacy across the Office of Residence Life's residential communities. The Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs is a full-time, live-in staff member. The Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs will keep regular office hours. Evening and weekend commitments will be required to fulfill duties of the position. While serving on-call, the Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs will remain within a 20-minute response time of the University. Coordinators are expected to serve on call during holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed to ensure 24 / 7 coverage. On-call responsibilities are split among staff members. Essential Personnel : This position is considered to be an essential personnel position for the department, and as such, must be accessible and available in the event of emergencies or when needed to meet the ongoing mission of the University.
NOTE : The majority of work will be completed in-person on-site with some remote flexibility, pending approval.
