As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This armed and driving position involves conducting routine patrols and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $28.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and perimeter of the financial institution location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, involving the appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect property.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and / or contractors, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to help to deter suspicious activity and uphold a secure environment.
  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies while performing armed duties at the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
