• $95,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER :

In this HVAC Installation Manager positon, you'll lead your team from start to finish on every job. Your day will start by ensuring your crew has the right tools, materials, and a solid plan in place. You'll be hands-on in the field, overseeing installations, solving problems, and making sure every job meets our high standards. You'll also mentor and train technicians, keep projects on schedule, and maintain a positive, productive work environment. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of our work and our team's success.

In order to do this, you'll need the following :

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER

This is a full-time management position with a schedule of 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities are available.
