Sales Consultant, Biopsy & Surgical

Overview

Sales Consultant, Biopsy & Surgical at Mammotome is responsible for expanding the sales of Mammotome products and winning market share by leveraging value-added services to develop, expand and convert customers. This role is part of the North America Commercial sales team, located in the Columbus or Cleveland area and will be fully remote. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager responsible for the assigned region.

This position is eligible for remote work; interview teams will provide additional information on remote arrangements. Salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 with potential commissions and total target compensation between $165,000 - $190,000 annually. Benefits and other compensation details are provided by the company.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Drive sales across Mammotome's full product portfolio in an assigned territory by creating and maintaining strategic call plans that drive sales results and expand the customer base.
• Build clinical skills to develop expertise across breast care from diagnostic to surgical, understanding industry trends and the company's market position.
• Use knowledge of products and procedures in clinical settings to train and inform customers and support cases to convert competitive accounts.
• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with prospective and installed-base customers to resolve issues quickly and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Identify countermeasures to defend against competitive threats; educate customers on indications, contraindications, and safety of Mammotome products and how they drive customer revenue.
