Sr Manager, Site Operations

The Opportunity :

Avanto is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Operations Manager, who oversees all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Manage a large team within a complex discipline or department, comprised of intermediate / experienced professionals. This role will be full time in our Paris, KY site.

What We Are Looking For :

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.

• Experience : The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and leadership development, making it an excellent fit for individuals looking to advance their careers within our organization.
• Strong PSM (Process Safety Management) experience required.
• Experience working in the Pharma, Food or Chemical industry.
