A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O (Supply Chain & Operations) Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through discovery and solutioning workshops around Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

Assist customers in the digital transformation of supply chain operations, focusing on visibility and efficiency

Support the rollout of scalable solutions integrated with Power Platform, Azure, and other systems

Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience

7+ years in functional consulting roles with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in Supply Chain or Manufacturing

Strong background in process mapping and solution design

Familiarity with AI / ML or data analytics integration into supply chain workflows

Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders for successful adoption
