What is The Role

Elastic is searching for an outstanding Product Manager to join the Elastic Security product team with a specific focus on Generative AI applications for our security analytics solution. As Senior Product Manager, Security Analytics - AI and Automation, you'll report into the Director of Product Management. As a member of the security product team, your responsibilities will include shaping the product strategy and roadmap for the Elastic Security solution, specifically focusing on improving analyst, detection engineer, and SOC manager workflows with Generative AI in the form of Elastic's AI SOC Engine (EASE) , and core features such as Attack Discovery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Helping to define and deliver on the vision for EASE and its core features.
• Directly participating in customer visits, roadmap presentations, and other customer-facing activities related to the Elastic Security solution.
• Collaborating with the Elastic search and platform teams to apply all of Elastic's native capabilities in machine learning and vector search to support features such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Agent Builder.
• Understanding target personas, studying user adoption and purchase patterns for Elastic products, and the value derived from them.
• Clearly positioning Elastic's distinct advantages against similar security offerings, becoming an authority on competitors.
• Contributing thought leadership around Generative AI security market trends and alternative solutions.
• Developing, curating, and presenting compelling content for releases, executive briefings, blogs, and internal enablement.

The typical starting salary range for this role is $133,100 - $210,600 USD in select locations. In addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

The typical starting salary range for this role is $128,300 - $203,000 CAD.
