• 7 on 7 off night shift schedule
• 19 : 00 - 07 : 00 12-hour shifts
• 10 - 20 patients per shift
• CV / CT step down and vascular ICU setting
• Coverage of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients
• Vascular surgery ICU co-management with critical care
• Cardiothoracic surgery floor patients only
• Ongoing assignment length
