Kelly is partnering with  Johnson & Johnson  to find a Patient Experience & Delivery Co-Op in Raritan, NJ.

\nJoin a leading healthcare company driving transformative solutions across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and corporate operations. As a Patient Experience & Delivery Co-Op , you will support the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team by leveraging data, analytics, and project management to improve operations and patient outcomes.

\nLocation - On-Site / Flex per J&J Policy (3 Days Office)

\nPay - $26.00 - $28.00 hourly

\nSchedule - Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

\nAssignment Duration :  6 months

\n

\n

\n Key Responsibilities : \n \n\t

• Data & Analytics : Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets; create dashboards and visualizations (Excel, Tableau, Power BI); support Operations, Logistics, and V2V teams.\n\t
• Portfolio Management : Assist with new digital initiatives, manage intake and governance, collaborate with stakeholders globally, and prioritize opportunities.\n\t
• Project Management : Support execution of projects and programs, maintain schedules, track progress, coordinate meetings, and prepare documentation.\n
