Job descriptionManage cases from inception through trial preparation Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases Take and defend depositions Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Assist in case strategy development and execution Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members No formal billable hour requirement Flexible work-from-home environment with access to the Santa Monica office Must be willing to commute to court when necessary Active membership and good standing with the California Bar Employment Law experience preferred Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills 100% coverage of health, dental, & vision insurance costs after 30 days (Blue Shield and Kaiser options) Unlimited paid time off Parental leave 401(k) and profit-sharing HSA / FSA / HRA Tuition reimbursement Telecommuting options Continued education opportunities
