RumbergerKirk is seeking an attorney with experience in family law. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-assets and complex family law cases.
Position Details :
- Responsible for family law cases
- Guide clients through the dissolution of marriage process
- Prepare and argue motions
- Handle discovery
- Conduct depositions
- Attend mediations
- Conduct legal research
- Calculate child support
- Staying current with changes in family law and legal practice

Job Qualifications :
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Civil litigation experience
- Familiarity with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
- Experience with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation's and trial prep
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to travel as needed
- Good interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
