Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in marketing and relationship-building. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Your efforts will directly impact MeSun’s visibility in the community and ensure that families are well-informed about the high-quality services we offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals and other healthcare partners.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive census growth and enhance community recognition.
• Lead and coordinate community outreach programs to strengthen MeSun’s brand and reputation.
• Monitor referral trends, identify new market opportunities, and track competitive activity.
• Provide education to families and referral sources regarding MeSun’s skilled rehab and long-term care services.
• Collaborate with the care team to oversee patient onboarding and initial consent.
• Report referral successes, challenges, and market opportunities in marketing meetings.
• Consistently meet and exceed business development targets set by MeSun Health Services.
