The role will focus on enabling genomics and bioinformatics researchers, developers, and DevOps engineers through video tutorials, technical blog posts, user guides, walk-throughs, and more.
This material is essential for enabling researchers and developers to adopt and scale NVIDIA technology across ISVs, platforms, and instruments.
Our Technical Marketing Engineers are drawn from outstanding developers and scientists who enjoy working with the latest in GPU hardware and NVIDIA acceleration software!This role will collaborate closely with our dedicated digital biology and genomics researchers, engineers, and product teams to help develop and demonstrate the latest NVIDIA advancements in WGS, RNA, and single-cell workflows.
Our success has been based on laser-focused industry vertical business development, building a strong developer ecosystem and scaling out the business using partner channels and creative marketing.
What you will be doing :Develop demos, workshops, Jupyter notebooks, and tutorials to help developers build and accelerate their workflows in genomics and bioinformaticsPartner with our product, product marketing, engineering and development teams working on groundbreaking technologies to drive our internal benchmarking and validation of our GPU accelerated genomics workflowsBe the evangelist and champion to customers and the developer community for NVIDIA's platforms including Parabricks and RAPIDS-singlecellDocument what you know and guide others.This can vary from building targeted training for partners, Solutions Architects and other internal collaborators, to writing whitepapers, blogs, and simply working through hard problems with a customer on a whiteboard
Engage with the external community to provide usability feedback to our internal teams to improve product capabilitiesWhat we need to see :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Life Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Bioinformatics or equivalent experience8+ years of meaningful work experience in software development, technical evangelism, technical marketing, or similar3+ years of experience or deep domain expertise in life sciences, omics, and accelerated computingHands-on software development experience deploying and scaling containerized workflows on the cloud and on premStrength presenting to technical audiences and generating content for developersA keen sense for product vision and an ability to translate product value propositions to compelling demonstrationsStrong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into sophisticated solutionsWays to stand out from the crowd :Background with NVIDIA GPUs and SDKs, especially with NVIDIA Parabricks or RAPIDS platformsExperience with workflow languages such as Nextflow or WDLExperience adapting and deploying production omics workflows for specific applications such as next-gen sequencing or precision medicineExperience building and applying AI Agents to streamline scientific workflowsPublished record of thought leadership in a technical area or industry segment published on Github or other platforms## Widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.As you plan your future, see what we can offer to you and your family at www.nvidiabenefits.com / Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
The base salary range is 160,000 USD
