Director of Development - Teach Every Nation 2025

Teach Every Nation (TEN) headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia is in search for a Director of Development. TEN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Development to lead and manage the organization's fundraising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising and donor relationship management, with experience in major gift solicitation, grantmaking and event planning. The Director of Development will work with the leadership team to establish and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the fundraising process, including major gift solicitation, grant writing, and event planning.
• Research and identify new funding opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Work closely with the Development leadership team to establish and achieve fundraising goals and targets.
• Develop and implement effective stewardship and donor recognition programs.
