Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the channel sales strategy to increase market share and profitability
Recruit, onboard, and manage partner relationships while ensuring high engagement and productivity
Set and track KPIs for channel performance and conduct regular business reviews
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, with significant time in a senior leadership role
Proven ability to build and lead successful global channel sales teams
Expertise in CRM software and Partner Relationship Management tools
Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and budgeting
Experience in B2B SaaS or edtech environments with a track record of executing global indirect sales motions
