Printed Circuit Board Layout Designer (ECAD)

Location : Bloomington, MN

Employment Type : Full-Time | On-Site, Hybrid / Flex, or Fully Remote

Pay Range : $47.08 / hour

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed layout design and documentation of printed circuit boards under direction from engineering teams
• Work from schematics, part lists, and board function requirements to create efficient, manufacturable designs
• Utilize Siemens / Mentor Graphics Xpedition toolset, including Layout, Valor, DRC Hazard Checker, Constraint Editor / Constraint Manager (CES), and Drawing Editor
• Create electronic library symbols, geometry, footprints, and related design elements
• Conduct Valor and DRC Hazard checks to ensure error-free designs that meet performance expectations
• Review drawings and documentation for correctness and adherence to engineering drafting standards
