Duties and Responsibilities :
Execute individual treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a licensed OTR supervisor.Regularly measure clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and openly communicate your findings to your supervising OTR.Complete all necessary documentation ( Kareo notes) using the Company's electronic record system within the expected timeframe.Educate and train families about various OT techniques and strategies.Work with and develop strategies to overcome various behaviors.Meet minimum utilization goals / other business objectives as required.Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Easy Speech for clients who are seen for multiple services.Must be willing to complete Occupational Therapy treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate).Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc ).K nowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or program.Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)Current Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical
abilities include lifting / carrying / pushing / pulling, stooping / crouching, reaching / handling / fingering,
talking / hearing conversations, and near / far visual acuity / depth perception / color vision / field of
vision .
