The Junior Estimator will be responsible for preparing smaller scope lump sum bids. This position will develop proposals and estimates as assigned, and ensure they are done accurately and in a timely manner. The Junior Estimator will need to be detail-oriented and driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the Estimating Team on larger-scale bids.

How you will contribute :

• Prepare unitized and smaller scope lump sum bids.
• Ensure pricing is updated in Heavy Bid Software.
• Assist in the transfer of bid information to HeavyJob and Vista by Viewpoint.
• Maintain and source the best value and diverse subcontractors / suppliers / resources.
• Manage and update Activity Codebook / Material Codebook.
• Conduct a Project Handoff Meeting that is initiated by the Execution Team.
• Participate in project post-mortem reviews.

Our competitive package :

Pay : $80,000 - $95,000 annually. This pay range is our competitive compensation at the time of this job posting. Your pay will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and applicable knowledge.
