Hourly Pay Range : $20.00 - $23.00

Join a small and collaborative team in a growing construction company as a Part-Time Bookkeeper . This hybrid role will play a key part of bringing the accounting back in-house, offering the opportunity to make a real impact. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a close-knit team.

Tasks / Responsibilities - Part Time Bookkeeper :

• Assist in bringing accounting in-house form outsourced accounting firm
• AP
• AR & Collections
• Month-End Close
• Credit Card Reconciliations
• Vendor Communications (less than 10 vendor accounts)
• Keep track of Credit Card limits and know what to pay down first
• Review job costing and spend on a weekly basis with owner
• Data entry
