This position will provide support to the Shipping / Receiving department.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Manage and schedule delivery through the customer portals for customers OEM customers
• Set up international shipments and process paperwork
• Set up third party freight for lines without freight information
• Contact carriers for AES information
• Resolve problems and communicate tracking details to Customer Care and customers
• Pack and ship with the balance of the shipping team during heavy shipping times, periods of vacation, and month end
• Provide packing sheets and documentation for export shipments
• Ship small package UPS / FedEx
• Scan and properly file shipping documents for record retention
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and drive powered lift trucks
