The Corporate Revenue Cycle Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Revenue Cycle Analyst Chargemaster. The Revenue Cycle Analyst Chargemaster is responsible for assessing current revenue cycle processes and workflows; identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements, collaborating with teams (e.g., registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials management) to streamline processes, reduce and recover denials, and optimize cash flow; and analyzing and monitoring revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Revenue Cycle Analysts perform a broad range of Revenue Cycle support functions including system maintenance, data analysis, report creation, and process improvement activities with oversight from other team members and management. Revenue Cycle Analysts performing Revenue Integrity functions are responsible for zing revenue, supporting clinical and other colleagues in optimizing accurate charge capture, interpreting government regulations and payer requirements, and maintaining the chargemaster.
