The company is seeking an U.S. International Tax Associate Director to join our team, reporting to the Tax Director within the Global Tax Operations team. The candidate will lead all aspects of U.S. international tax input into our processes including federal compliance, our forecasting and quarterly tax provision and reporting processes and partnering with our planning teams to ensure US international tax outcomes reflected appropriately.
This role will work within our Global Tax Operations team and plays a key role in ensuring we understand, forecast and comply with the various US international tax requirements. Whilst based in the US, you will work with tax team members globally in addition to global finance, external advisors and business colleagues to deliver necessary business outcomes.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $152,548.00 - 228,822.00 USD as an annual base salary. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
