A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to create and manage campaigns across key channels while improving processes and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development, execution, and analysis of channel communications, including emails and app notifications
Efficiently manage projects by gathering requirements and maintaining feedback loops with internal teams
Proactively collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify CRM opportunities and optimize campaigns
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of relevant CRM or retention-based marketing experience, preferably in Technology, Ecommerce, or Regulated Gaming
Exceptional analytical skills for executing A / B tests and communicating results
Knowledge of Braze, Liquid, and conditional logic is a plus
Familiarity with HTML, SQL, and / or Tableau
Proven experience as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
