Overview :

Seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager (PM) to lead contract execution for a multi-year cybersecurity operations and maintenance program at the U.S. Air Force Academy. The PM will oversee day-to-day delivery, manage a team of cleared cyber professionals, and serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage all aspects of program delivery, performance, staffing, and reporting

Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, compliance activities, and system maintenance

Serve as the primary liaison with Government COR and technical leads

Ensure alignment with RMF, NIST 800-171, and DoD cybersecurity policies

Maintain contract schedules, deliverables, and quality standards

Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel

Track progress in eMASS and ensure timely ATO documentation and updates

Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities, if applicable

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience managing DoD cybersecurity programs

Demonstrated experience overseeing RMF, eMASS, and NIST 800-171 implementation

Prior experience supporting or managing hybrid cybersecurity teams

Excellent client-facing, organizational, and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP)

PMP certification preferred
