Job descriptionColorado Springs, CO (Hybrid) Clearance : Active Secret Citizenship : U.S. citizenship is required Start Date : Summer 2025 (Pending Award) Overview : Responsible for day-to-day cybersecurity operations and system maintenance in support of the Air Force Academy’s cybersecurity mission. Focus on RMF compliance, vulnerability management, and ongoing security posture improvement. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and compliance gaps Maintain RMF documentation in eMASS (SSP, SAR, POA&M) Apply STIGs and assess ACAS scan results Coordinate with ISSM and system owners for ATO sustainment Support user access controls and system hardening Qualifications : 3+ years in DoD cyber operations Proficiency with RMF, NIST 800-171, eMASS DoD 8570 certification (Security+, CISSP, etc.) Strong analytical and communication skills Benefits TestPros offers a competitive salary, medical / dental / vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, opportunities for professional growth, cell phone discounts, and much more!
